How admission works
- Call us, or book a 15-minute phone call with Nancy, our Manager. Use the online scheduler or call (425) 500-9784.
- Visit the home and meet the team. Make an appointment to pay us a visit.
- Create a personalized care plan. Together we complete an assessment of your loved one’s needs and build a written care plan around them.
- Review the admission agreement. We’ll go through it with you and answer every question. You can also read our Disclosure of Services on the DSHS website.
- Plan the move-in day.
We’ll walk you through every step, with no pressure.
Pricing
Families dislike hidden costs. Pricing depends on the level of care each resident needs. Call us for a personalized quote, and we’ll explain exactly what’s included.
Paying for care
We hold a DSHS adult family home contract, so we can accept Medicaid under our policy on file with the state: residents who pay privately for two years and then qualify for Medicaid can stay with us, moving to a semi-private room we designate for Medicaid. Ask us about other payment options, such as long-term care insurance, when you call.
